WELL about that
it seems that if you connect landing gears / large magnetic platform it freaks out and just spins the head off of the pulley system

Yeh, sound isn't bound to my code, it's on the block and the sound files that isn't part of my core mod. Also, errors like these are fine usually perfectly fine and can be ignored. It is what it is. We also tried several things to fix but sound files are notorious to work with.
