The mod is fully translatable. There's a few not so obvious tricks for translators and modders creating new buttons.

If a button can not be explained in a few short words, adding an accompanying ".desc" string in the language file linked to the button will pop open a tooltip with the description text.

The mod does this automatically. If the string exists in the language file, it displays the description tooltip. If not, no tooltip is displayed.
