This is a Gravity falls reference, specifically when Grunkle Stunkle (Grunkle Stanley) brings Cheese and dip (dipper) and Maple syrup (Mable) to go fishing, Grunkle Stunkle tells some kid and his mom the joke "I miss my wife, BUT HER AIM IS GETTING BETTER! ..BUT HER AIM IS GETTING BETTER! You see, the joke is funny because marriage is terrible." and thats the entire joke.
