if you image search pripyat ferris wheel you can see the IRL wheel that is behind t spawn in the map

ChOrnobyl

Чорнобиль is a Ukrainian city. If you use Ukrainian transliteration you will get Chornobyl.
Same with Kyiv (Київ) and other cities.

ChOrnobyl is the Ukrainian way of spelling, ChErnobyl is the Russian way.
