It's something surprising that normal player also want to use this mod since this is really a simple mod and an example mod of API, However thanks everyone.

So I decided to open feedback & report thread because it will be huge help for me improving the API.
  • If you think something weird/strange/wrong then report here.
  • If you have ideas for anything, then feedback here. Like, you want to do something with magazine but they are not implemented.


Note But any suggestion of 3D model will be rejected!

Seems like there is already compatibility, my mod load order wasn't correct :p
however, do correct me if there is no compatibility

Since Rain's mod is somewhat supported, I found it odd that the 'Colt Commando' doesn't support any of the modded 5.56 mags. AFAIK, Colt Commando shares mags with AR-15/M-16 but it's the only one that can only use the default 5.56 STANAG mags.

I don't know a lot about guns IRL, so maybe there's some reason for it. Highlighting in case it's a mistake. But if it's there intentionally for balance, all good, keep it that way haha.

Ahh! I see in the change notes that it's specifcally only the "M16A1, AR-15, M249".

If it could be stretched out to other gun's in that mod, that would be awesome. But no worries if not, I understand now. I've still yet to get comfortable with the mod but maybe I'll be able to extend it to those guns at some point after I've played with it /understand it more. Either way, thanks for this awesome mod!

It's me too I really don't know well about IRL weapons. I completely missed. I will add Colt Commando as soon as possible :)

I looked CJ's code and seems okay with this mod however I hadn't tested.

try this load order first also I will share the status if there's something miscompatibility after my try.

Is there anyway to make magazines changeable without selecting them from the context menu? It breaks immersion and difficult to do when running from the horde. Also found a bug, I was able to duplicate magazines by simply removing the magazine from the gun and placing it into my carrier then reloading again. Gun was the AR-15 from Rains Firearms and the mag was the 100 round quad stack from this mod, for context.
