I can't get my bank, locker, or EE completion to save between playthroughs.

I start the game with a persistent upgrade so it seems something stuck one of the times I played, but the first time I completed the EE and stashed a weapon and some points, I got a disconnection notification before my game became unresponsive at round 42.

Nothing was saved, which was somewhat expected given that my game didn't properly end, but I did the EE again, and ended the game at round 22. But still no EE completion, bank points, or locker weapon were carried over to my next playthrough.
