Hello!!
First off, I can't express how fun this map is to just explore and mess around with.
There are however, sadly - some issues that hopefully will get patched in the near future.
1. Lack of cubemaps (neither LDR nor HDR)
2. There is a leak (or maybe a few more) in the map. I noticed it because of the water in the construction yard area - it was a void.
3. Some textures are flickering (mostly the decals or things such as the Departures/Arrivals board in the train station (most likely just needs a $decal 1 flag in the VMT)
