Hello, I was gonna put this in a comment but it was too big. So I'm putting it here.

As a Limbus player, I'd like offer my suggestions. Such as giving his skills a DMG up VS bleeding targets, and making his "I AM THE PRINCE OF THIS PARADE...!" remove mortality debuff since you have to cut it pretty close to even be able to use it. Maybe make the crit buff more DMG since he's likely prideful about a devastating blow, and make sixth kindred heal you by 5% of DMG dealt when hitting a bleed target (like bloodsucking), or make him get a DMG buff when bleeding (since his bleed resist is so low. I don't get why.) (As a ref to sanguovore) or just heal equal to the bleed on the target. Another one is an animation thing, for Blood... Blood... Blood...! Why not give a flagellant like pose like when he uses exsanguinate, and I know the mod isn't finished, but some of the attacks feel a little, wimpy, like he isn't animated enough, a good SFX and good pose goes a long way. That's it, good job on everything else is great! Look forward to the finished product.

TLDR: Make him squishier and play into the bleed more, like HP recovery VS bleeding enemies, or more DMG. He's a lil stiff for some attacks.

Thanks for the suggestions, in fact the original plan was to give him more damage when he was bleeding and I have no idea why I had forgotten that. As for why I gave it critical instead of damage, it's because I thought it wouldn't look so exaggerated that way and, well, about the animation, I didn't do a big deal due to my little experience in this, 2 months to learn how to use the dragonbones and draw haha
Ey, no problem with that. Animation is difficult, so I can understand that. (Hope it doesn't sound like I'm saying you did a bad job animating.)

I'm sure people will get sick of me in the discussions pretty soon if they haven't already.

As a Non-Limbus player i will be the bad guy and point out removing mortality debuffs is extremely powerful and the skill 'I AM THE PRINCE OF THE PARADE...!' already is an incredible recovery option that triggers his 'execution crits' if anything the mass bleed effect is what should be looked at as it is incredibly dangerous to the team with no current way to interact with the downside.
From using the class so far I believe shifting the bleed chance on enemies to (120% scaling up by 10%) and (90% scaling up by 10%) would give sufficient ways to build around the move as well as provide an option to the player to leave it unleveled if they don't want to risk the incredibly dangerous team bleed ( even if you cure it at first opportunity there is still a chance of it killing an ally with bad luck especially at champion where you will most likely need the self healing of the skill.)
Sixth Kindred at the moment already block other diseases which is a very strong upside as it is and getting free health on a bleeding target on a class that primarily inflicts bleed could lead to 'I AM THE PRINCE OF THE PARADE!' becoming pointless as a skill

The Extra damage when bleeding could be a fun effect to have on one of his trinkets especially with his low bleed res and high hp since then occultist's bleed heal suddenly turns into a potential upside.

The class as it is now functions well as part of bleed teams as one would expect but also as a clean front-line cleaner finishing off low health targets or even as part of cleave focused teams thanks to both a front and back-line cleave options letting him focus damage a little more where it is needed.
I won't deny your points, but I'm just pointing out how the class seems like it has more potential in function due to Cassetti in Limbus being centered around bleed. I just feel they should play into it more. Also, with how low you have to cut his HP, my removal of the mortality debuff stands, or even just the heal VS bleeding targets in general. Yeah, the bleed for everyone can get dicey, yes, which is why I actually suggest decreasing the uses they have of it. Maybe once and give him a flat DMG buff for 3 rounds. (Kinda like how when he uses that in Limbus he's trying to do his comeback). I dunno, I'm not a balance guy, I just wanted to share my thoughts cause I thought they were neat. (Maybe I'm biased because I stan Cassetti)
