I found something!

You sometimes have the chance of getting a vintage Max's Severed Head out of a crate, but only out of a crate, as you can not spawn it any other way.

Cough. You can only spawn unusual/unique hats. Look closer.... "quality: vintage" case closed.

I know. But you said you found something, being that you can't spawn the MSH, and can only get it out of a crate. You can only spawn uniques and unusuals. I mean, I was just clearing up that it wasn't an easter egg.

In the TF2 entities, there's no vintage hat.
The Max Severed Head (unique) may spawn out of Unique Hats, but the Vintage one won't spawn unless it's out of a crate.
It might not or might be until the Developer clears it up that it is or it isn't.
So please don't make quick assumptions and close the case early.

The TF2 entities? You mean Gmod, right? So what you're saying is that you found a vintage hat which you couldn't find without crates... but you could get the unique version by spawning it..
