okay, i'll try to explain
we got a visual problem with сyrillic letters, check screen

Russian translation should be saved in Cyrillic Windows 1251, not UTF-8 or else it shows as gibberish

When i convert the files in that format i get the text all mixed up, it doesn't show the cyrillic letter anymore, is it ok anyway?

Also, it is for 41 right? Because 42 should be ok in UTF-8
