Incompatible mods
what mods stop this from working all i know is that model replacements make this go boom and break it let the mod devs know what dont work

headcrab takeover is fine if you have problems with the zombies theres 3 mods that will fix it ok

Kinda an incompatibility but sabreans zombie mod kinda replaces most models with their own skins so this mod's replacements dont get to shine

I use Headcrab takeover and every time a zombie infects someone, the arms of the model glitch out and go to a point in the map

I tired it with another mod (Headcrabs ++) and its also not compatible, it does the same glitch
