After updating the framework, it seems like bills don't work at all. Pawns refuse to craft, cook, stonecut etc and no dialog appears when right clicking workstations to force work. This occurs just by having the framework enabled, even without any map vehicles present. No other mods enabled besides Hugslib and this + dependencies. Issue goes away with the framework disabled.
