Final chapter door glitch
There is a rare glitch where the door to the final switch in chapter 6 won't open, even after breaking the barricade. If you experience this, try disabling some of your add-ons and launch the last map and try again. The few who reported this issue managed to solve it this way. It seems to be caused by an add-on conflict.

the one with the sneaky smoker of yours to start the finale?
always broke properly for me, and i've played this a few times since release
i'd advise others to check their addons, maybe something affecting it
or maybe something crazy happening on a modified dedicated server
ya never know with the addons and mods people have these days
