Sorry for the late reply, I guess Steam doesn't give notifications for new discussion posts. It should be completely compatible with basically everything, the few incompatibilities I've found I've made sure to patch out. There's only a tiny bit of world gen (loot added to chests), so it should be compatible with everything in that regard.
