They would be placed in your main deck like any other card but are played into a shared central zone on the left side of the board. The active Event applies to both players. Only one event can be on the field at a time and when a new Event is played, the old one is discarded.
( Maybe they change the duels background art as well )
Examples:
*Town Zone* “All Creatures and Bosses deal 1 less damage”
*Blood Moon* “Creatures with 6 or less base HP gain +2 max HP”
*Slime Rain* “Defeated Slimes are added to the Hand instead of being discarded (You still lose a Heart)”
*Windy Day* “Both players gain +1 Mana”
Would add another layer of complexity to combat/deck building sorta Just spit balling here.
