A lot of units just feel far too basic like there was not enough thought put into them. I do think EVERY unit should have an ability even if it's a largely useless one.
But also maybe put more imagination into the abilities or look towards other mods like a cruiser that can project a shield, bringing back space artillery or other such things.

The mandalorians especially feel just not very fleshed out. Maybe a cool feature could be that every unit killed as a very small percentage of being recruited by you. The Mandalorians often recruited from the enemies they defeated.
