I have a couple suggestions.
Missing eyes options without scars.
Leg scars.
More mole options, like one small mole under the eye for example.
Nude humans/zombies for the vanilla textures for those that don't use retexture mods.
And a sandbox option to disable body hair on just females.

I also wanted to say thanks for making such an amazing mod, this is a massive game changer!

There's already quite a few mods that add nude vanilla textures but I might try making one as a separate mod just to add support for this at some point though

- Deeper forehead wrinkles for the old man texture?

How about more variety when it comes to stubble options? Perhaps, different types of facial hair that use the stubble overlay system (think thin pencilstaches, trimmed beards and whatnot).
Matter of fact, I find it quite weird that there's no proper 2D facial hair aside from the aforementioned stubble, so that would be nice to explore given the already present expansion to our customization options.

Yeah that should be possible. I considered doing that at one point but since there's interest I might try to work on adding it eventually

I dont know if its gonna be a lot of work but would it be possible to show the character being underweight depending on your weight?

Someone said something similar to what I want, but missing eyes because of cuts would be nice. Hell, Missing eyes that aren't actually "missing" just dead and don't work anymore would be nice as well. Either way, take as long as you need Spongie. This is a grand undertaking, and I can't wait to see how far you go with this.

Dead eyes aren't really possible because its impossible to make them fit every face

hmm. Could make specific ones. More work, but doable. And with people using custom faces anyway I bet compatibilities would need to be made as well

I also support the idea of damaged/missing eyes without the scarring as well!
