Iv tried everything I can think of but the install music simply dosnt appear to be activating when I use the ability, iv tried it with music enabled and disabled, iv tried removing and adding audio mods.
Does anybody know how to make the install music actually play consistently?

I also performed the HOPE soul unlock by interrupting a royaltys install and even though codex says I have it unlocked, its just not working? Do I need a custom hexcode or something to make it work?

Edit: I install cancelled a royalty in singleplayer and everything is working BUT ONLY IN THIS SPECIFIC CASE. Install music dosnt play at any other time and this is the only situation where I can use the hope soul, so is the hope soul not a permanent unlock after the fact unlike the other stuff that you can use whenever you want?
