You're filled with HOPE
So, Hope soul is only obtainable against asgores if you cancel the "King of the mountain" or the other one when it gets dark. Devs have access to HOPE all the time. It is a one time thing (you can still get it if you fight an asgore and cancel the move)

so only SOME moves will activate it. once you cancel a move and it gives you the hope soul, the transformation will automaticly activate

i walk right next to him and use one of my basic attack moves and it works, thx so much

Alright now I just need to know how to equip the HOPE form, because I've done the achievement but I don't know how to use it in average fights

So i'm just gonna post this to clear up confusion: you can grab a royalty out of their install awaken, that immediatly uses HOPE soul if you have enough meter for it (6 Meter), additionally, HOPE cannot be used in ANY other scenario.
