However, if you go to a military surplus store/military base, I guarantee you that you'll walk out with at-least 2-5 MRE boxes in rare loot settings and not counting the single MREs you'll find of the three different types which is enough to last you a good while but not enough to break the balance or make looting useless.

yea but it will be so much cooler if u name them ifak ,afaks ,lol plus with all the irl stuff in there it would be such a nice touch ,along with a military sleep system
I'll see what I can do, but IFAKs will probably be low priority as the First Aid Ration already does the job and most of the medicine you described are just renamed versions of existing items which isn't worth implementing, maybe unique things like morphine and such.
I will very likely make a more advanced version of the First Aid Ration, something like a Medic Kit which will take the place of an AFAK.
