Sorry only just saw this, didn't get a notification. You can check to make sure steam has actually downloaded the files, they should be in SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3400606856 if they are there the game should load them.

I have the same issue atm, i can see it at SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3400606856 but there is no name for this in the mods section of the game.

When i click subscribe it does not ask for any other things to download if that's needed

It was necessary to place files from folders "42" and "common" in the root folder of the mod
