All of a sudden my NPCs are just dying. When I check their medical info panel, they have moderate to minor damage that fluctuates between recovering and...not recovering. It's strange because they aren't infected and they've never been wounded. There's loads of food and drink in their inventories and the safehouse, and I only set them to rest. Is there a way I can find out wtf is happening to them? Because my character's fine.
