Wash?
I noticed that I could set a Wash area and set my NPCs to the Wash task. I included sinks/tubs and even rain collectors to the area but the NPCs wont wash. They all still walk around like mudmen, lol. Is there a trick to clean off your NPCs?

They sometimes pick an invalid tile that they try to move to when washing, hence they become stuck. If you guide them to a water container inside of the wash area manually with the "Stay" command, it almost always works.
