Only 2 mods were being replaced Hospitality and Everyone gets one. So it does not appear to be linked to number of mods updated, there was also only 6 mods in the list altogether, so that's not it either.
The issue only happens when replacing an active mod. Replacing inactive mods have no issues.
I have dual monitors and oddly when it happens it also switches all the riimworld instances to my other monitor.
System Specs: Windows 10 home, 16GB Ram, Intel i7-9700F, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, 4TB SSD + 256 GB OS SSD
Modlist: https://pastebin.com/ZR88BKqV
Errorlogs don't seem helpful, it assume it's just be replaced whenever a new instance of rimworld starts.
Hopefully this report is helpful in nailing down the issue.
