Cant find out how to use commander console
So I spawn in and want to use the commander console (not the actual editor console, I can open that one), but no matter what hotkey I bind it to it wont open. Is there some permissions I need to assign myself in order to use it, and if so how do i do that?

You should assign yourself as the commander for your side. Open the squad dialog, by the fault the "P" or "Shift+p" key and assign yourself as a commander then you can access the commander cosnole using the hotkeys or the action menu
