Is the mod broken?
I can't seem to generate missions after the recent marksman dlc patch, I'm getting the following error when I try regardless of the settings I use..

No it isn't broken you are just trying to generate a mission on ArmA2 map which don't have a center. So you'll need to generate the mission to a specific zone and not on the whole map.
Make a zone big enough and generate to that zone.
