Place an ammo box, drop the module on it

mine dose not seem to work that ways i have also tryed to place the module then syncing it to an ammo box and a civ or a sign but still dose not work for me only way i have made it work is if i use zeus mode but that means setting up all my shops up every time i load up the server. can anyone help?

Been having the same issue trying to sync the modules with eden editor. I've tried different factions and objects to no avail......
