Saving Game Machanics

Is there any way to save the "Mission Settings" and the options under game machanics such as interaction and vault and weapon bindings etc, so that they carry from mission to mission without setting them each time you start a new mission?

Put the MCC settings module in your mission so you won't have to re set it every time
