Ships, Submarines, Aircraft, Helicopter and Weapons
Surface Ships:
All surface ships have improved armor and resilience, with improved radars(search and fire control), sonars(hull mounted and VDS), ESM and ECM. Most ships are equipped with Kashtan CIWS(SA-N-11M SAMs + AK-630M rotary guns) and RBU-8000.

Nanuchka (NM-90) - SS-N-9M ASMs, AK-725M gun and SA-N-4M SAM system

Grisha III (NM-90) - SET-85 ASW torpedoes, AK-725M gun and SA-N-4M SAM system plus upgraded engines for 37 knots top speed

Ivan Rogov (NM-90) - Grad MLRS, SA-N-5, AK-100M gun and SA-N-4M SAM system, new Top Steer-90 radar with updated model, four Ka-27PM helicopters plus new 25 knot top speed

Krivak II (NM-90) - SS-N-14M ASW missiles(4+8 reserve), two AK-100M guns, SA-N-4M SAM systems, SET-85 ASW torpedoes, new Top Steer-90 radar with updated model plus new 39 knot top speed

Udaloy (NM-90) - SS-N-14M ASW missiles(8+16 reserve), two AK-100M guns, SA-N-9M SAM systems, SET-85 ASW torpedoes, two Ka-27PM helicopters

Sovremenny (NM-90) - SS-N-22M(4+4 reserve) and SS-N-22MC(4+4 reserve) ASMs, two AK-130M guns, SA-N-7M SAM systems also capable of launching SS-N-16M ASW rockets, SET-85 ASW torpedoes, the two RBU-1000 launchers have been replaced with RBU-8000, one Ka-27PM helicopter

Sovremenny (NM-99) - upgrade of the NM-90 version, replaces SA-N-7M with SA-N-12M and 1999 variant Ka-27 helicopter

Orel (NM-90) - with three functional elevators, simultaneous take off and landing, a larger carrier air wing with 12 Su-24NM heavy multi role aircraft plus all the other new carrier aircraft listed below, SS-N-19M ASMs, SA-N-7M also capable of launching SS-N-16M ASW rockets and SA-N-4M SAM systems

Orel (NM-99) - upgrade of the NM-90 version, new PESA radar, new search radars, added SA-N-9M SAM systems, replaces SA-N-7M with SA-N-12M, new 1999 aircraft variants

Kirov (NM-90) - with three AK-130M and four AK-176M guns plus four SA-N-9M SAM systems, SS-N-19M and SS-N-9M ASMs, SA-N-4M and SA-N-6M SAM systems, SS-N-14M ASW missiles, SET-85 ASW torpedoes, the two RBU-1000 launchers have been replaced with RBU-8000, three Ka-27PM helicopters

Kirov (NM-99) - upgrade of the NM-90 version, new PESA radar, new search radars, replaces SA-N-6M with SA-N-20M, 1999 variant Ka-27 helicopters

All submarines are quieter, have improved resilience and better sonar systems

Alfa (NM-90) - 48 knots top speed, USET-90 dual purpose torpedoes(24), SS-N-16M ASW rockets(6) and MG-44 submarine decoys(6)

Victor III (NM-90) - 65-85 heavy weight dual purpose torpedo(6) with 40 nm range, USET-90 torpedoes(16), SS-N-16M ASW rockets(4) and MG-44 decoys(4)

Oscar I (NM-90) - SS-N-19M, 65-85 torpedeos(6), USET-90 torpedoes(16), SS-N-16M ASW missiles(4) and MG-44 decoys(4)

Aircraft:
All new aircraft have increased operating range, new sensor systems, better radars, ESM, RWR and ECM

Ka-27PM - comes with a lot more sensors plus defensive ecm, two UMGT-2 ASW torpedoes, RGB-1M and RGB-3M sonobuoys, alternate anti-ship loadout with an AS-13M ASM, as well as bombs, cluster bombs, gun pods and rockets

Ka-27PNM - upgraded 1999 variant, anti-ship loadout replaces AS-13M with two AS-20M, adds AEW loadout with a small air search radar dome and IR missiles

MiG-23AM + MiG-23M-90 - AA-8M IR missiles, AA-6M and AA-7M active radar missiles, AS-10M laser guided missiles, as well as bombs, cluster bombs and rockets

MiG-23ANM + MiG-23M-99 - upgraded 1999 variants, upgraded AA missiles, anti-ship loadout with AS-20M

MiG-25M-90 - AA-8M IR missiles, AA-6M and AA-15M long range active radar missiles

Su-24NM (99) - upgraded 1999 variant, upgraded AA missiles, replaces AS-19M and AS-21M with AS-27AM and AS-11MC, upgraded anti radiation missiles

P42RLDN-99 - experimental upgraded 1999 variant, first attempt to have a carrier AEW&C aircraft guide long range missiles via radio command

Tu-22RV/RT - AWACS/EW version of the Tu-22NM, equipped with a long range search radar and a very powerful offensive jammer with 250 nautical miles range.

Tu-142M-90 - UMGT-2 and AT-3 ASW torpedoes, RGB-1M and RGB-3M sonobuoys, AS-19M ASMs and two bomb loadouts

Tu-162M-90 - AWACS version of the Tu-95rt, equipped with long range search radars and ESM.

Radio command guidance requires that the weapon remains within range of the radar of the launch unit and within direct line of sight.

AA-7M, AA-6M, AA-15M, AS-4M, AS-4BM, AS-19M, AS-19BM, AS-13M, AS-20M, AS-21M and AS-27AM are air launched and dont require that the launch aircraft maintains alignment with the target, meaning they can freely maneuver. Maintaining radio command guidance on the AS-4M, AS-19M, AS-13M, AS-20M, AS-21M and AS-27AM means that the missiles will attack their original target and do not gang up on a single enemy ship once the radar seeker activates.

SA-N-4M, SA-N-6M, SA-N-7M, SA-N-9M, SA-N-11M, SA-N-12M and SA-N-20M all now have flight profiles designed to better avoid friendly fire during fleet actions. SA-N-20M, SA-N-12M SA-N-7M and SA-N-6M have over-the-horizon attack capability. Note: The problem with with SAMs dunking into the sea right after launch should now be fixed.

Certain anti ship missiles are now better matched in their flight profiles and speed for easier timing of combined salvos.

The SS-N-22MC is a pop-up attack variant of the SS-N-22M.
