okay so the only fix i found for this was manually moving every single file that was on the workshop folder (where steam is installed), to the bepinex folder that was on the content warning installed files, which then bepinex decided to load and loaded every mod, including downloading files that were missing, but mods count as external

did you manage to find a fix for it? Also it now kinda breaks my game cuz when using content loader my settings won't load and it won't let me host games

It's out of my control, I believe, If the doorstop never runs I can never run BepInEx or my own code. The settings loading, I believe, is unrelated. Do you use any other mods, are you on windows, do you have the game installed on the C drive?

Yes I am on windows, I do have mods installed but I uninstalled them and I have the game installed on my C drive. I know the faulty mod was specifically Content Loader because when I uninstalled it my game started working again

i managed to find a fix, it was on my end, sorry about that. (the bug that breaks the game)
I had both serialization fixes mod, thats why it broke
