with izanagi if they die they come back to life completely at the cost of a sharingan but you could implant sharingan in their arm to help with that. with izanami, it would just prevent the target from using izanagi at the cost of their own sharingan or an implanted one. izanagi would be a passive if you turn it on in the context menu
