game does not load, like at all, before i even see main menu of game, it gets stuck at 100% loading, andi haveit on 3.14, and its the only mod

Did you try without the mod?

Yes i did, without the mod it loads fine
Also in meantime i found that running windows version through proton solves the issue (yes, i am on linux, mint specifically), but its not a good solution due performance issues i have with proton on stellaris

I would recommend installing a 2nd OS, Windows preferably, since Modding the game is limited to game related mechanics rather than the computer itself
