you can spam the noclip button and completely bypass it.
Zones are a WIP and using the GUI to configure the zones is still a very WIP system. Use the zone commands !setmode and !unsetmode.
The Anti-Noclip zone should reset your noclip state every tick (I believe) and should even prevent the noclip key from being activated. This probably points to an error in the event distribution from VCore. The zones module is the only one that consumes distributed wildcard events.
You'll need to create a zone, with mode "jail", then use !jail in chat, along with the name of the player and the jail you wish to put them in. Repeat the command again to unjail a player.
