Well since the last update you will only get france as a monarchy in 2 ways.1st you lose the great war and choose the nationalist french state then you can crown 3 monarchs.2th is you go down the monarchist route(democratic it is) and then win the great war.After that you can put one of the 4 monarchs in charge.BUT this path is democratic you will never get the acually non aligned ideology.You will stay democratic

As I wrote, the issue is that despite choosing democracy which allows me to choose the monarch, the parliament, or rather the loyalty of the groups, does not allow me to obtain 300 votes and this means that despite winning the first world, the entire path is blocked, it is impossible to convince other parties to have 60 loyal ones.

But really, if there's a way to bring back Bourbons, Bonaprate, or another figurehead in the Right-Wing Democracy tree, there's definitely a way to play without losing WW1. Unless the viscera is unfinished.
