You can either start with one, or raid hiver villages until you find one.

- "How long does it take for a queen to lay an egg?"
30 days, which can be changed in the hediff xml if you want.

- "My savage queen's eggs become civil hivers."
I would have to either make a duplicate gene of the one the civil queen uses to lay her eggs, or some insanely complicated #C patches. I don't really wanna do either of those since queens are meant as silly/op pawns. If you REALLY want savage hivers hatching, go into the mod's "PawnKinds_Player" xml and bump the xenotypes for the savage hivers up to 999 over the civil hiver xenotype chance.

- "Praetorians? Fogmen?"
Maybe. AIn that time - anyone is welcome to make an addon mod to add them.

- "Hiver specific apparel?"
