The train station that you are teleported to by walking up to the computer behind the Pretzel restaurant is significantly damaged and ruined, with a trail of blood that leads to a hole. Walking through the hallway to the white portal puts you back into the mall by the front entrance. Walking to the white portal by the hole puts you back at the food court. There's a broken window that leads to the Living Room, where a bench was moved from the wall and a blood trail goes to the hole, which will put you back into the Playstation store, after you fall a bit.
The TV teleports you to a living room with a broken TV. It might be a waiting room of sorts as you walk down the blacked out hallway and into a office that is a bit messy, with a desk chair on the floor, and blood on the desk and on the floor, where a phone rings. This leads to another blacked out hallway with a white portal leading to a park bathed in light. Going up to the teddy bear with the radio will put you back into the mall at the Kay•Bee Toys store.
And the Missing Person's poster has a man named Phil Lombard. Text is burry for me to read.
