I can't seem to read the disc at all, i think the desktop computer's tags might be written wrong. I'm standing right infront of it with power and the disc and trying everything possible.

if is a skill floppy disk, you can only learn to level 5

Go near the computer and click on the floppy disk, should appear a option

That's what I did do, I used the engineering floppy disk near the computer, right clicked on it (with power turned on) and it wouldn't do anything. And yes, it was the one that you build in build menu.

To be more specific, the recipe for 'learning engineering' doesn't work for me. It acknowledges that I have the floppy disk, but for whatever reason it either isn't detecting the computer or the computer has the wrong tag. I tested some other machines by using debug to give myself engineering 10, and the rest of the machine recipes work, so I can only assume that the computers tag is spelled wrong and doesn't match the tag required for the recipe.

Attempting to watch any of the other floppy disks also doesn't work.

I have attempted rotating the computer, picking it up and placing it back down again, turning off the power and turning it back on, and anything that would potentially cause the computer to be properly recognized, but nothing I did seemed to fix it.

And to restate, I am not using the default desktop computer, i'm using the 92' computer from the build menu specifically made for the mod.

oh i founded the bug, apparently it's related to the rotation of the computer i gonna fix it and soon launch a update, thank you for reporting :)

Incompatibility with 'Cat's Faster Reading Mod', I can't read while moving, I think it's because your mod also affects the reading mechanics.

Try do re-download, we fixed the problem about replacing reading mechanics

I have an error when using the computer from the mod. At first, the option to use the floppy disk doesn’t appear. After moving and rotating the computer, the option shows up, and the progress bar starts loading as if everything is working normally. However, when it finishes, it doesn’t grant any XP points.

I’m using it in multiplayer on a dedicated server

@Hyndal I fixed the bug, Reinstall the mod and then rebuild the computer please. After that should work fine

I can't see the machines when crafting them and when I do craft them they are invisible. Is there a fix for this?

This is unusual
but maybe this will help

1-Create a separate save, with just the machines and the building menu and see if the machines remain like this
if yes, then reinstall the mod

2-If you don't have the problems above, then perhaps the problem is with your save in question, or if you have Machines I

Ok so I can see the machines now and I built the computer but now I have the issue that no one can interact with the computer.

@CAMBAM check if the computer is near a powersource

The sound that Computer92 produces has a problem. It keeps repeating in an infinite loop
forcing the person to re-enter the server for the sound to stop.
