Alright so I have just tested and because of how they changed Chosen Destroyers your mod doesn't conflict with there changes and actually stacks with there changes. the biggest thing I can see with this is the fact that now the player gains 3 imperium per 3 pop of the city razed (min 1 stack) which might be a bit much.
