In the province overview window, there is a button beneath the Dig button, at the far right end of the Queue section. The button has a pink error image, no tooltip, and seems to do nothing when clicked. The button is also there when selecting provinces of other nations. Also on other countries' provinces, the little black line encasing province modifiers is not expanded to encase them all as it is on your own provinces.

Additionally, with GUIbennar, other countries' province windows don't display properly in many ways. As GUIbennar is a fairly popular mod, I would recommend noting compatibility issues, especially if you have no intention of making it compatible in the future.

Apologies if any of this is unclear, I don't know how to properly describe gui elements.
I'm unsure which of these features are of DKE and which are of Building Slots 22 24, but I'm posting it here as there is no Bug Report thread on Building Slots 22 24.

The issue without guibennar is probably due to the fact I developed the buildings slots mod 22-24 on the BB, didn’t really thought there could be issues with steam, my bad there. Not gonna make a steam version though, as the update is in less than 2 weeks.

About guibennar, haven’t tried it myself but I can guess both it and 22-24 building slots overwrite the provinceview file resulting in the mess you encountered. There shouldn’t be any issue with just DKE but playing DKE without a building slots mod is not recommended.

When developing holds while having a surplus of Ancient Dwarven Knowledge, even if I turn off the usage of it in the Metallurgy menu, dev clicks on holds still develop institutions as if I had clicked twice, rather than once. ADK is not consumed by this, nor are additional development points added. As nice as this is, I don't think it's working as intended.

Thanks for the report, I won’t make an update just for this but it will be fixed in the official version

short notice not sure how it happend but the close button is not in the interface (current position is the old position as far as i remember)

There has been a major update yesterday, it probably broke something in the saves.

Try switching to another interface, maybe it will appear ( in the tech interface it is currently a bit off, on the top-right side )

Uhhh, I might just be a dumbass but I was using a button in the metallurgy menu to explore my holds. After forming Amldir and activating the Unit Designer, the button to explore holds is... gone? Is it somewhere else? I haven't found it with like 10 min of searching, and reloading didn't magically bring it back.

Edit: Never mind, I found it in the dwarovar's wonder's interface under Mechanics. It's the third button at the top of the screen, after your current numbers of missionaries.

Edit: Somehow managed to fix the problem.
Removed the all mission and patch for all mission (they we're deactivated so don't think this is a part of the fix), unsubscribed to this mod and resubscribed.

Edit 2: Well the UI doesn't have the pink missing icon, but now the dig button won't open the submenu and I can't repair holds, explore nor dig.

I don't know what has happened but the UI is a bit broken.
Started a game 27.03 with bitbucket and this mod and it worked perfectly. The only thing I tried today was to play with all missions and the patch, removed those but still got a broken UI.

Sorry but this is an issue with the BB, they added that new panel and buttons to the province ui and fixed it a few times in the days later so, depending on when you downloaded the BB it becomes broken in a different way.

I tested it with a BB from yesterday and the UI worked as intended. I will test it later today again.

No need to say sorry, it's not your fault and you're creating a good mod for Anbennar.
I downloaded BB on the 27.03, but I will redownload it and see if it helps.

Edit: It seems to be the same version, deleted the old BB files and installed the newly downloaded, sadly the same bug showed up.

Unfortunetely, I can't recreate the bug for some reasons. The UI is working without issues on my end. Are you sure you aren't using other submods like a buildings slots submod? the monuments ones are fine

Ironman, I think I know your problem now, you need the new anbennar dev version, which is now located on Gitlab, not BitBucket. That should resolve everything

Thanks for the reply, I tried your suggestion to get the GitLab version, fired up a new game, and still had the problem with clicking the dig button without success, but I removed the building slot mod that is prerequisite for this mod and now the button is on top of wonders/buildings and it works flawless! Thanks for your help and for an awesome submod.

Now I just got to look around the files to remove Hoardcurse and I'm set for an enjoyable dwars playthrough.

Ahhh, my bad, I have integrated the buildings slots mod into the mod now and forgot to remove it from the prerequisites,

I am using the gitlab and i'm now having problems with the "unique province button" just not doing anything at all. I first noticed the issue on steam version of Anbennar, but after starting a new game with the GL version it was still broken. I'm also using the monuments mods, but when I turn them off it still doesn't work.

When I turn off (only) eADK it does function properly.

The easiest way to test is to start as ruby company and immediately migrate to the hold, the button SHOULD work even before clearing the infestation but it doesn't.
