unable to access roof rack on unmarked cruiser

Common wheels for all Victorias are not displayed. LTDs are displayed normally.
I suspect this is related to the sequence of mods. I usually sort cars by year in ascending order.

Wheels don't spawn in properly at times. Sometimes they spawn in when using cheats but sometimes not

it shouldn't be a problem, all assets should be in the damn lib, but there may be a conflict somewhere with my other CVPIs or some addon mod, i will check it out
