Bakan War White Peace
For some reason, once I manage to capitulate the Balkan League, instead of taking me to the peace conference, I instantly get a white peace. Why can't this be a decision? I want to annex the Balkan League, but I can't.

U can annex balkan league if you firstly annex serbia and greece, bcause bulgaria send peace deal if it loses in war.

although this is actually considered game abuse, and the Ottoman cannot win due to scripts, as far as I know
