Hi, I played few games now to understand how now the Balkan War works. I used to play the Ottoman and could take everything when I make capitulate all the balkan factions, but now every time you will capitulate Bulgaria, it will lead you to a scripted peace deal. Does it work like that or I'm doing it wrong, it used to work btw
