How do I make the Ottoman Empire Pro-Fascist?
I never understood the mechanics of changing ideologies because there is no explanation and because I am more used to playing Fascist countries because of the buffs they give.

just wait for the event in your decisions to get activate and never interfere by clicking political decisions when you got liberal revenge event go to undermine democracy and then go to three pasha goverment

What? Like do I have to reduce Democracy or just let the Coup happen?

you dont have to do much, wait for the series of events that happen after the 1912 elections, somewhere around mid 1913, events "Saviour officers Coup" and "Raid on Sublime Port" and "Liberal Revenge" should have happened. the decisions there help you if you want to accelerate or prevent it. I recommend taking the 1 or 2 decisions that give you Proto fasict support I think one is called close ittihadist hq) by then you would have gotten to the branch undermine democracy in the tree. once you do "three Pashas Government" you're there
