Cloudbox was originally developed to be used with Garry's Mod 12 and was more recently ported to 13. So yes, it's fully supported in 12 and also has features like saves (uploading included) working too. If you have a version of Garry's Mod 12 with Toybox all you need to do is add a few lines to your hosts file to be able to use it.
