Copy the entire content from either en.yaml or de.yaml (depending on whats easier for you) then you can edit the text fields. Important note: you need to keep the amount of parameters the same. If a text has 5 { } parameters, you need to keep all 5 in your text as well.
After that, save the file and select Custom language in the mod settings on the cover page ingame
Font per user is pretty unlikely because aside from the implementation, it may break formatting of entries or titles texts.
I think we can offer a fallback font that is easier to read. Maybe the font from the career selection screen?
i dont know exactly, but my guess is that a cyrillic font needs to be loaded. so far only latin letters are used. thats a code wise change, maybe wingz will add this. idk.
