Missing Restorations/Bug Report Thread
Making this thread as a central place for people to report new bugs and point out things that still need to be restored. Hopefully this will be easier to keep track of compared to just using the main comments section.

Why, if you have other plans for how you'd like to go about this, please feel free to clarify and close this thread.

Going from the launch trailer , here are some of the discrepancies I've noticed so far, with timestamps for reference:

0:21 - the glow on the back of the three small ships is still missing from Reformation

0:23 - the sky alignment is different in this shot from Legacy Xbox (don't know if that alignment is random or not, but noting anyway)

1:06 - the rivets on this texture appear differently (maybe a bumpmap issue?)

2:17 - the sniper isn't supposed to have a helmet and the bloom should be stronger in this shot

The suns lens flares disappear when looking directly at the sun, compared to the legacy version where the suns lens flares don't disappear

Any way we can restore the black bars that enter the bottom/top of the screen to accompany the chapter titles? It's something that was in the original Xbox release, yet has been broken for just Halo 2 specifically since MCC originally launched.

Hi. I have been playing the mod for a while now without any issues but now the mod won't show up anymore while selecting campaings. I did the usual integrity check and redownload but still nothing. Other mods still show up so I'm wondering if this is an update issue. Thanks

Halo 2 multiplayer elites seem to have darker shaders applied to their forearms in first person, most noticeable with the colour gold which appears dark orange.

Do they not show up in 4:3? Or are you playing in 16:9 widescreen? If it's the latter then that's normal, since Halo 2 on the Xbox supported widescreen and didn't bring in the black bars for cutscenes and chapter titles since they were letterboxing to 16:9 in 4:3.

The mod won't show up in MCC. I haven't played this yet and was hoping to save it for a co-op run with a friend who never played the Halo games before.
