Is the mod still in production? Do you need help with development? At the moment I have textures for some buildings and icons for some resources. I also have avatars for rulers and commanders (I took them from mod resources for another game). If anything, can I use your UI for my development?

The mod hasn't been updated in a while, but it's not abandoned. Updates will be posted in the future when I have more free time.

how add images in description?

It’s all pretty simple. First, upload the desired image to Imgur (or a similar service), then copy the link to the uploaded file. After that, go to Steam and, while editing the mod page, insert:
