many of the equipments are named with 'warhound' and at least one says something like 'it was made for the warhound, but it can also be equipped on the scv'

i cant find the warhound in research or anywhere else, is it just not in the game and the warhound equipments are just named that way to imply they were made to work with the scv but werent originally for it?
