They don't actually, Assassin has neutral dialogue for any other character with a cross intro/lam characters that dont have unique dialogue. The standard dialogue should be "You are on the list. Those will be your last words." if player 1 and if player 2, they say "Hm, another body for the gutter."

It'd be pretty scary if all of Lam's characters DIDN'T have skin... 😰

No, in fact they do not share a unique interaction,Characters with cross intro have global interactions and unique interactions, let's take as an example Assassin V Syrie (assassin's skin)
Assassin will ask Syrie to Show them the ""Tentacle thing"" instead of saying "You are on the list."
Assassin will always say "You are on the list." to any regular character having the cross intro system and have specific lines for other characters, in that case, Syrie, which can be considered unique interactions
