i have an suggestion for an creature its name would be idk xd but it would work on camuflaging into the rocks of the trench and it would have very sharp teeth it would resemble an crab-shark-barnicle monster

try to make a creature that is like a grub and it has a glowing tongue that is around 2 meters long that mimics food and try to make it sticky so if a dude touches it they get dragged in and eaten

or maybe a creature that can fit a human head in it similar to a headcrab and it has a beak on the outside that stabs into the spine, controlling the human and making them a "drowned carcass"
and the creature itself can be called a diving crab or something idk you pick the names

The headcrab type idea is done! All I have to do is create a thumbnail and create lore. Look out for the "Trench Spore Carrier" when it releases. The other creature has not been started but I have begun work on the droppod.

make a creature that looks like a shipwreck like a battleship or a small boat once anything living comes close it will slowly float up, making the diver fear and then get eaten. [ the mouth is at the bottom of the boat]
